The whole application process is done online. We do not process loans via email or telephone, but you can contact us this way for help. This means you will need to have internet access, a mobile phone and a bank account number to apply.
As a prospective client of ours, we urge you to be honest in completing your application and of course to meet your agreed upon obligations.
If your circumstances change while your loan is not fully paid off yet, please contact our service team on the 0800 number (see Contact page) as soon as possible.
We encourage you to be a responsible manager of your finances. When you borrow money (in this case a cash loan), you legally agree to repay the loan on a certain date. Please ensure you have the means to do so. You can find helpful resources for budgeting at sorted.org.nz
Our late fees and penalties are necessary to ensure we recover costs but we'd rather not charge them in the first place! If you do call us in time, we can discuss possible alternative arrangements. We are here to help and will work with you to ensure you do not default on your agreement.
